基于RecurDyn的机械臂中同步带振动特性仿真研究

摘要:本文针对一种新型机械臂中同步带应用的实际工况,通过理论分析同步带振动特性的影响因素,得出其横向振动对机械臂末端执行器运动平稳性影响较大的结论。并利用RecurDyn软件建立同步带传动的仿真模型,对不同张紧力作用下同步带横向振动振幅进行对比分析。结果表明,张紧力越大,同步带横向振动的振幅越小,为机械臂中同步带的安装调整提供了参考。

Simulation Research of Vibration Characteristics of Synchronous Belt in Manipulator Based on RecurDny
Abstract:In this paper, the practical conditions of the synchronous belt in a new type of manipulator are analyzed. The influence factors of the vibration characteristics of the synchronous belt are analyzed theoretically. The conclusion is drawn that the lateral vibration has a great influence on the motion stability of the end of the manipulator. The simulation model of the belt drive is established by RecurDyn software, and the transverse vibration amplitude of the synchronous belt is compared and analyzed under different tension forces. The results show that the greater the tension, the smaller the amplitude of the transverse vibration of the synchronous belt, which provides a reference for the installation and adjustment of the timing belt in the robot arm.
