从文冠果果壳中分离得到三种化合物

摘要:目的:为了获取新的药用部位以及更好的开发利用文冠果,本实验对文冠果果壳的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用D101型大孔树脂柱色谱,反复硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及半制备HPLC等色谱法对其中的化学成分进行分离纯化,采用1H-NMR、13C-NMR等谱学方法对提取分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从文冠果果壳中分离纯化出两种三萜皂苷类化合物及一种黄酮类化合物,通过对其进行结构鉴定,化合物1为3-O-(3-O-α-L-呋喃型阿拉伯糖基-2-O-β-D-吡喃型半乳糖基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基-21,22-二-O-当归酰基-R1-玉蕊醇(文冠果壳苷),化合物2为3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)](2'-O-当归酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-28-O-α-L- 吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D- 吡喃葡萄-16-deoxybarringtogenol C,化合物3为柚皮素。结论:本研究为文冠果果壳的开发利用提供了物质基础。

Isolation and identification of three compounds from the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge
Abstract:AIM: In order to explore new medicine part and make better use of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge, chemical constituents in the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were studied. METHODS:The constituents were isolated by D101 macroporous resin column chromatography silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column choromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography, their structures were then elucidated by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR. RESULTS: Two kinds of triterpenoid saponins and a kind of flavanone were isolated from the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge, which were identified as Xanthoceraside, 3-O-(2-O-angeloyl-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-2-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-16-deoxybarringtogenol C and naringenin, respectively. CONCLUSION: Our experiment provided a fundamental reference for the development of the medicine resource of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.
