含油异丁烷的燃爆实验研究

摘要:新一代环保制冷剂HCs由于其优越的环境性能、良好的热力学性质和循环特性,受到越来越多的关注。其中R600a受到广泛关注,但是由于R600a具有可燃性,限制了其推广使用。本文旨在研究R600a在润滑油的影响下,燃爆特性变化规律。通过自行设计和搭建的可燃气体爆炸极限试验系统,测试了在不同含量的雾化润滑油(0、0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2ml)影响下的R600a的燃爆特性。结果表明,润滑油作用下的R600a燃烧下限显著下降,燃烧上限略微下降,可燃范围扩大;此外,润滑油的加入会减缓燃烧的相对速度。

Research on the Flammability of Isobutene Blends with Lubricant
Abstract:HCs, as new environmentally friendly refrigerants, are more and more popular for its superior environmental performance, good thermodynamic properties and cycle characteristics. R600a is widely concerned, while its widespread use is limited by its flammability. The aim of this work was to analysis the influence of lubricant on explosion dispersion and combustion feature of R600a. The properties were measured under lubricant atomized with different content (0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 and 0.2 ml) by an explosion limitation test system of combustible gas, which was designed and built by ourselves. The results showed that when lubricant was added, the lower flammability limit of R600a decreased significantly, the upper flammability limit of R600a decreased slightly and the flammable range was improved. In addition, the addition of lubricant slowed the relative speed of combustion.
