合肥砂土盾构过程数值模拟与检验

摘要:从离散元的角度模拟分析盾构施工,把土体分成土颗粒进行模拟,根据离散元理论,以PFC2D为平台,编写盾构过程数值模拟程序,根据实验砂土试样(合肥砂土)的室内三轴试验和模拟双轴试验对比结果,设置数值模拟参数,开展合肥盾构地表沉降和土压力的研究,再现盾构过程中的土体应力和土体沉降的变化,通过同尺寸的物理模型进行验证。结果表明:基于散体材料理论的PFC2D能够很好地展现盾构过程中中间断面的沉降和应力变化,为深入分析盾构问题提供了一个很好的数值途径。

Numerical simulation and Model test of shield tunneling process in Hefei city
Abstract:According to the theory of discrete element, the numerical simulation program of shield tunneling process is written with PFC2D as the platform by diving the soil into soil particles for simulation.According to the results of laboratory triaxial test and simulated biaxial test of sand samples (Hefei sand), we set the numerical simulation parameters in order to carry out the study of surface settledsadsadsament and earth pressure of shield tunneling in Hefei and reproduce the chang Numerical simulation and Model test of shield tunneling process in Hefei cityes of soil stress and soil settlement during the shield process. The Numerical model was validated by the same size physical model.The results show that the PFC2D based on the bulk material theory can well show the settlement and stress variation of the middle section during the shield process, which provides a good numerical method for the further analysis of shield problems.
