基于模糊PI算法的无刷直流电机控制系统研究与仿真

摘要:本文在传统PI控制的基础上结合模糊控制,利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建起无刷直流电机模糊PI控制的仿真模型。仿真模型采用位置、转速、电流三闭环控制,其中转速控制结合了模糊控制与PI控制,位置与电流控制均采用PI控制。控制系统的输出为可调节电机转速的PWM占空比。仿真结果表明:所建立的模糊PI控制器鲁棒性强、响应快,电机的启动性能明显提高。

Research and Simulation of Brushless DC motor control system based on fuzzy PI algorithm
Abstract:In this paper, based on the traditional PI control and fuzzy control, the simulation model of Brushless DC motor fuzzy PI control is built by MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation model uses the position, the speed, the current three closed loop control, in which the speed control combines the fuzzy control and the PI control, the position and the current control uses the PI control. The output of the control system is the PWM duty cycle which can adjust the speed of the motor. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PI controller has strong robustness, fast response and the startup performance is obviously improved.
