电力消费强度与区域经济增长收敛性 --基于中国城市级样本的实证研究

摘要:本文首先参照索洛经济增长模型,将电力消费强度引入柯布道格拉斯生产函数,从理论上构建电力消费强度影响区域经济增长收敛性的模型。然后,以2003年至2013年我国286个地级市区域为研究对象,利用空间滞后、空间误差和空间杜宾模型等空间面板数据分析模型,从全国整体区域和按国家电网布局划分的六大区域层面实证研究电力消费强度对区域经济增长的影响。结果表明,全国整体区域和各分区域的经济增长具有显著地绝对β收敛性和条件β收敛性,电力消费强度的降低有利于促进区域经济增长;整个研究年份中,引入电力消费强度会使得全国整体区域经济增长收敛速度提高,分区域中只有北部地区收敛速度降低,其他分区域的经济增长收敛速度提高。

Electricity consumption intensity and regional economic growth convergence--Based on the research on urban samples of China
Abstract:In this paper, firstly, the power consumption intensity is introduced into Cobb Douglas production function, constructing the model of electricity consumption intensity affecting the convergence of regional economic growth. Then, the spatial data of 286 prefecture level cities in China from 2003 to 2013 were used as the research object, and the spatial panel data analysis model was developed based on spatial lag, spatial error and spatial Du model. An empirical study on the impact of power consumption intensity on regional economic growth from the overall regional and national grid layout of the six regional level. The results show that the economic growth of the whole region and the sub regions of the whole country has significant absolute beta convergence and conditional beta convergence, to reduce the power consumption intensity is conducive to promoting regional economic growth; The whole of the year, the introduction of power consumption intensity will increase the overall regional economic growth convergence rate, only the northern area convergence rate reduced area, other regional economic growth convergence speed.
