矿物质材料的火山灰活性及机械力化学活化作用

摘要:某些矿物质材料具有潜在的火山灰活性,可用于水泥混凝土行业,但其水化反应活性差异明显,低活性的矿物质材料不能直接作为水泥和混凝土的活性混合材料使用。相关研究表明,机械粉磨是增强矿物质材料火山灰活性的基本手段,其主要作用机理是通过矿物颗粒的细化以及晶格的破坏,使其比表面积增加,无定形化程度加深,从而降低矿物颗粒的反应活化能,提高其反应活性。

Pozzolanic activity and mechanochemical activation of mineral materials
Abstract:Some mineral materials have potential pozzolanic activityand can be used as admixtures in cement industry,but their reactivity is obviously different. However, mineral materials with low pozzolanic activitycan not be used directly asactive admixtures. Relevant researches indicate that mechanical grinding is an effective way to enhance the pozzolanic reactivity of mineral materials.Through the refinement and lattice damage,the specific surface area of the ground materialsincreased and the amorphous degree deepened. Thus reduces the activation energy and improves the reaction activity.
