4种独蒜兰属植物光合特性比较

摘要:为了研究独蒜兰属植物的光合特性,以陈氏独蒜兰,独蒜兰,黄花独蒜兰和台湾独蒜兰为材料进行分析比较,结果表明:(1)4种独蒜兰属植物的光补偿点和光饱和点都较低,属于阴生植物;(2)独蒜兰的光补偿点较低,光饱和点、最大净光合速率和表观量子效率较高,最能适应多种光环境;(3)4种植物的最大羧化效率在10~20 μmolom-2s-1之间,表明其生产潜力低;(4)黄花独蒜兰在光强超过300 μmolom-2s-1时,出现"光抑制"现象。

Photosynthetic Characteristics of Four Pleione Species
Abstract:In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Pleione, the photosynthetic characteristics of Pleione chunii, P. bulbocodioides, P. forrestii and P. formosana were compared in this paper. The results show that: (1) According to the lower light compensation points and light saturation points, the four species of Pleione have the characteristics of shade plants. (2) P. bulbocodioides with lower light compensation point and higher light saturated point, maximum net photosynthetic rate and apparent quantum efficiency which can adapt to a variety of light environment; (3) the maximum carboxylation rate of the four plants range from 10 to 20 μmolom-2s-1, indicating a lower productivity potential; (4) P. forrestii comes to photoinhibition when the photosynthetically active radiation irradiated on the plants more than 300 μmolom-2s-1.
