基于PLC的气力喷播机排种自动控制研究

摘要:本文针对4BQD-40型气力喷播机作业中存在的排种不均匀问题进行分析研究,设计了排种自动控制系统。该气力喷播机排种器的动力由拖拉机动力输出轴提供,故在喷播过程中排种器的转速基本上是恒定的。但是在喷播作业过程中,拖拉机行进速度会不断变化,引起喷播不均匀。本研究设计的排种自动控制系统,以PLC为控制核心,利用霍尔开关传感器实时采集拖拉机后轮的转速信息,并根据接收到的转速信息改变输出脉冲的周期,控制步进电机的转速,从而带动排种器精确转动,实现了喷播机排种的自动控制。

Automatic Control for Seed-Metering Device of 4BQD-40 Pneumatic Spraying Seeding-Machine Based on PLC
Abstract:In view of the uneven seeding problem of spraying pneumatic seeding-machine, 4BQD-40, during its working, the corresponding study and analysis were done in this paper. Then, a seeding automatic control system was designed. The seed-metering device of the machine was driven by the motive power output shaft of tractor, which ensures a mainly constant rotate speed of seed-metering device during its working. However, the tractor's speed would change in the spray process which is a main reason for uneven spray seeding. The seeding automatic control system, designed in this paper, was controlled by PLC. Firstly, the speed of the tractor rear wheels was acquired in real time by Hall switch sensors. Then, the period of output pulse was changing according to tractor rear wheel speed. Finally, the stepper motor speed was controlled. Consequently, seed-metering device was driven precisely and the spray seeding of the machine was controlled automatically.
