摘要：在许多制造产业，产品生命生命周期变得越来越短。传统的需求预测和库存控制方法不能满足短生命周期产品的库存管理要求，因为短生命周期产品的需求是不稳定和高度可变的。本文开发了一个易于实施的启发式库存控制方法。该启发式方法以需求预测为基础，充分利用预测与销售早期数据，尝试最小化库存总成本，包括库存持有成本、缺货成本、订货成本和过期成本。最后通过一个案例验证了该方法的有效性。?????

Abstract：In many manufacturing sectors, the product life cycle is becoming shorter and shorter. Traditional demand forecasting and inventory control methods can not satisfied the short life cycle inventory management requirements, because the short life cycle of product demand is transitory and highly variable. This paper develops an easy-to-implement heuristic inventory control method. This heuristic approach attempts to minimize total inventory costs, including inventory holding costs, shortage costs, ordering costs, and obsolescence costs, with the full use of the demand forecasting and early sales data. Finally, a case is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the heuristic method.?????
