基于perl语言的高分子材料玻璃化转变温度的预测方法研究

摘要:为了方便快捷地使用Materials Studio分子模拟软件预测出高分子材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),本文在使用Materials Studio软件时引入Perl语言,开发了能自动进行升温(降温)的模拟程序,并在Perl语言环境下结合XML语言设计与实现了一种基于XML的图形界面化的高分子材料玻璃化转变温度预测方法。以不同比例PLA/PA11(100/0,90/10,70/30,50/50,30/70,10/90,0/100)共混物为算例,通过本程序预测了它们的玻璃化转变温度,实验结果表明该方法能自动、方便地对给定的分子模型进行阶段升温(降温)MD模拟,同时获得模型在不同温度下的密度,通过对模拟得到的密度-温度作图,可求得模型的Tg。其模拟结果与实验值相比,吻合得较好,表明该方法可以快速而有效地得到合理的预测结果,能够满足使用要求。

The research of prediction for the polymer glass transition temperature based on Perl language
Abstract: In order to predict the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the polymers,a script program based on Perl scripting language and the Materials Studio software is developed. The script can carry out cooling up (down) MD simulation of polymer atom model automatically and obtain model density at different temperature simultaneously. The Extensible Markup Language which is designed and implemented an improved GUI-based approach are combined with the Prel script. Models of thermoplastic polymer blends PLA/PA11(100/0,90/10,70/30,50/50,30/70,10/90,0/100)are employed to verify this script, and the Tg obtained from the simulated density-temperature plot. The result show the simulation results are agree with experimentally measured values, and the script program can obtain a reasonable result quickly and automatically, and meet the requirement of using.
