摘要：根据国外的研究经验及我国各级政府部门抽样调查的实际需要，可知对小域估计方法的研究十分必要。将小域估计方法作为研究对象，对国内外已有的研究成果进行理论化、系统化地综述，详细论述小域估计的基本模型、估计方法以及相关问题的拓展，并归纳出在实际抽样调查中存在的问题及未来研究的新趋势。为该理论在中国实际抽样调查过程中的应用研究奠定理论基础，从而进一步推动中国抽样调查方法体系的改革。

Abstract：From the research experience abroad and the practical needs of investigation in our government departments at all levels, the method of small area estimation is very worthwhile to study. This paper uses small area estimation as a research object. Research results at home and abroad have been summarized theoretically and systematically. Basic models, estimation methods, and the development of relative problems are summarized with focus. Furthermore, the problems faced in actual investigation and the future trends in depth study are generalized. This paper settles the theoretical foundation on which the theory can be successfully applied to actual investigation in China, in order to promote reform on the methods of statistical survey in China.
