偃展1号×云南小麦RIL群体籽粒品质性状QTL定位

摘要:小麦籽粒品质属于数量性状,遗传基础复杂。为发掘地方品种中的优异品质基因资源,本研究以偃展1号和云南小麦构建的重组自交系(RILs)为材料,利用Illumina infinium90K芯片构建了其遗传连锁图谱。根据4个环境的表型数据,利用完备区间作图法定位了籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、籽粒硬度等9个品质性状相关性状的共82个QTL,分布于除4A和4D外的19条染色体上,解释表型变率范围在4.98%~68.68%。共检测到容重相关QTL位点18个,籽粒硬度与湿面筋含量各11个,蛋白含量10个。其中,QGPC-SDAU-5B、QWGC-SDAU-5B、QTW-SDAU-4B和QZel-SDAU-6A在多个环境具有重复性,QGPC-SDAU-6A、QWGC-SDAU-6A、QZel-SDAU-6A和QTra-SDAU-6A等11个QTL 与蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量等性状共同关联。

QTL Analysis of Grain Quality Related Traits Using Recombinant Inbred Lines (RILs) Derived from the YanZhan1× YunNan (T. aestivumL)
Abstract:In this study, wheat grain quality belongs to quantitative trait loci (QTL) regulated by multiple genes. In order to explore the potential quality control genes in local germplasm, the grain protein content (GPC), wet gluten content (WGC) and others seven traits were analyzed in a recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from Yanzhan 1 and Yunnan (T. aestivum L). Based on the linkage map constructed with SNP makers and the phenotypic data of 4 environments, a total of 82 QTLs were identified on 19 chromosomes except 4A and 4D, with the phenotypic variations ranging from 4.98% to 68.68%. Total 18 QTL loci weight-related, 11 QTL loci grain hardness- related, 11 wet gluten content-related in, and 10 QTL loci protein content-related were detected in this RIL. Four QTLs QGPC-SDAU-5B, QWGC-SDAU-5B,QTW-SDAU-4B and QZel-SDAU-6A were detected in multiple environments and 11 single QTLs such as QGPC-SDAU-6A, QWGC-SDAU-6A, QZel-SDAU-6A and QTra-SDAU-6A were found to be related to multiple grain traits simultaneously.
