用于绝缘子表面盐密检测的高湿敏性光纤布喇格光栅传感器研究

摘要:为了解决现有绝缘子表面污秽检测系统的绝缘性能差、易受电磁干扰、可靠性低等问题,本文提出了用于绝缘子表面盐密检测的高湿敏性PI-FBG传感器研究方案。首先,通过FBG传感器传感原理的理论分析,结合高分子化合物聚酰亚胺的特性,描述了PI-FBG湿度测量原理。然后,进一步提出了高湿敏性PI-FBG传感器用于绝缘子表面盐密检测的方案。最后,从PI薄膜厚度方面,进行了高湿敏性PI-FBG传感器制备工艺的探索,研制出了高湿度敏感性可用于绝缘子表面盐密检测的PI-FBG传感器。

The Study of high humility-sensitive Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor for ESDD detection on the Surface of Insulators
Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as poor insulation performance, vulnerable to electromagnetic interference, low reliability existing insulator surface detection system, this paper presents for insulator equivalent salt deposit density detection of high humidity-sensitivive PI-FBG sensor research program. Firstly, based on the theoretical analysis of the sensing principle of FBG sensor, combining with the characteristics of high molecular compound polyimide, the principle of PI-FBG moisture measurement is described. Then, put forward the high humidity-sensitive PI-FBG sensor for equivalent salt density deposit detection scheme on the surface of insulators. Finally, from the aspect of PI film thickness, developed the high humidity-sensitive PI-FBG which can be used for equivalent salt density deposit detection on the surface of insulators.
