钛酸铋钠基无铅压电陶瓷介电性能研究

摘要:压电材料是一类十分重要的新型功能材料,在信息、激光、导航和生物等领域应用广泛。但是,目前,全球大量使用的压电陶瓷材料仍是传统的含铅压电陶瓷。钛酸铋钠(分子式是Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3,简写为BNT)基无铅压电陶瓷因其具有良好的压电性、高居里温度和烧结过程中无毒、易控制性等优点而受到广泛关注。制备了BNT-BT二元系无铅压电陶瓷,研究了烧成工艺以及组分变化对陶瓷样品相结构显微组织以及介电性能的影响规律,通过对试样微观形貌的观察以及介电性能的测试,得到了最佳烧成条件和综合性能最佳的准同型相界附近的陶瓷配方。

The Dielectric Performance Study of Sodium Bismuth Titanate Based Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramic
Abstract:Piezoelectric material as a new type of functional materials is very important, application of information, laser, application of navigation and biology fields is widely. However, at present, the piezoelectric ceramic of material extensive use of global is still the traditional lead based piezoelectric ceramics. Bismuth sodium titanate (BNT) based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are focused on because of their good properties, such as relative larger piezoelectricity, high curie temperature, easy control and non-toxicity.BNT-BT binary piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid sintering method at atmospheric pressure. The influences of the calcined temperature and different Barium contents on the crystal structure, microstructure, dielectric properties and temperature characteristics of the BNT-BT ceramics were studied.
