基于中间补气增焓原理的空气源热泵机组实验研究

摘要:随着国家节能减排战略的更高要求,安全节能的空调产品成为各个生产厂家研发的主要目标。本文设计了一款基于中间补气增焓原理的空气源热泵机组并设计了多工况实验测试其具体性能,经实验后发现该机组制冷综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV(C))为4.13,制热综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV(H))为4.02,满足国家节能减排的需求。在极限工况的实验中机组运行平稳,效果较好,满足生活需求,具有一定的市场推广价值。

Experimental study of air source heat pump unit based on the principles of the middle add gas to increase enthalpy
Abstract:With the higher requirements of the national energy saving strategies, energy saving has become the main objective of air conditioning products developed by various manufacturers. This paper presents an air source heat pump middle add gas to increase enthalpy based on the principles of design and experimental test multiple conditions and specific performance, the unit was found after Cooling Integrated Part Load Value (IPLV (C)) is 4.13, Heating Integrated Part load Value (IPLV (H)) is 4.02 to meet national energy needs. In extreme conditions of the experiment, the smooth operation of the unit, better meet the needs of life, it has a marketing value.
