精神分裂症与五脏躯体症状的相关性研究

摘要：目的探讨精神分裂症与五脏的关系，揭示五脏对精神分裂症的调节作用，分析五脏中心与精神分裂症的密切关系，阐明脾胃与精神分裂症活动之间的作用机制。方法采用临床调查的方法，收集符合精神分裂症标准的患者，对精神分裂症的躯体症状进行的调查，并将躯体症状与五脏相配属。运用SPSS22.0统计学软件，对躯体症状的出现情况及躯体症状在五脏中的分布情况进行频数描述，并对五脏系统中躯体症状所占百分比进行卡方检验。结果通过对精神分裂症躯体症状的临床调查显示：五脏躯体症状在精神分裂症患者中出现概率的百分比排序为心、脾、肝、肾、肺，其中脾系统与心系统百分比经卡方检验后，P=0.282＞0.005，两系统差异没有统计学意义；心脾两系统与其他系统相较P值均小于0.005。表明精神分裂症躯体症状的发生与五脏均有关系，尤以心系统和脾系统出现症状较多。结论精神分裂症与五脏均有关系，且与心脾两脏关系较为密切。

Abstract：In this paper,We mainly discuss the relationship of between schizophrenic and the five internal organs, reveal tha how the five internal organs of regulating the Schizophrenia ,analysis the close relationship of heart and schizophrenia, and clarify the mechanism of action between stomach and schizophrenia. We adopt the method of clinical investigation, collected patients who meet the criteria of schizophrenia, investigated the somatic symptoms of schizophrenia, matched the somatic symptoms with the five internal organs. Using SPSS22.0 statistics software, described the physical symptoms and somatic symptoms in the internal organs in the frequency, and compared the percentage of the five systems' somatic symptoms by chi square test. Results showed that five viscera somatic symptoms in the schizophrenia patients appeared probability ranking as a percentage of the heart, spleen, liver, kidney, lung, which spleen system with the percentage of heart by chi square test, P=0.282 > 0.005, two system has no difference statistical significance; the compared of heart system with other systems showed that P values were less than 0.005. Show that the occring of the somatic symptoms of are related to the five organs, the symptoms appear in the heart system and spleen system are more. So we can conclude that the schizophrenia has a relationshio of the five organs, and has a closer relationship with heart and spleen .
