不同寄主搭配对小菜蛾生殖的影响效应

摘要:【目的】 本研究旨在揭示多寄主作物系统中对害虫的干扰和陷阱效应,并探讨其作用机制。【方法】在实验室条件下,设菜心/花菜、菜心/芥菜、菜心、芥菜、花菜5 种不同处理, 比较放虫5 d 后,每种处理上小菜蛾的产卵量。【结果】在5 d 内,菜心/芥菜组合内的总卵量显著低于除花菜单作外其它处理上的总卵量,在卵量分布上雌虫分别产于菜心与芥菜上的卵量没有显著性差异,表现为干扰效应;而在菜心/花菜组合内总卵量与菜心以及芥菜单植相比并没有显著差异,且高于花菜单植与菜心/芥菜组合处理,在卵量分布上雌虫产于菜心上的卵量显著高于产在花菜上的,表现为陷阱效应。【结论】不同的寄主搭配对小菜蛾表现出不同的影响效应。田间多寄主种植,除了可利用陷阱作物来防控小菜蛾外,同时种植两种小菜蛾喜好性相近的寄主,利用植食性昆虫在同时面对两种喜好性相近寄主时产生的寄主选择上的决策困难,干扰了植食性昆虫的寄主选择行为,也能有效影响田间小菜蛾的种群动态。

The effect of different host arrange on the reproduction of Plutella Xylostella (L.)
Abstract:[Objectives] This study was aim to reveal the interference and trap effect on pests in multihost cropping system and explore its operated mechanisms. [Methods] This experiment was conducted under laboratory conditions, there were 5 different treatments, B. campestris/ B. oleracea, B. campestris/ B. juncea, B. campestris, B. juncea, B. oleracea respectively. The total number of eggs laid on each treatment for 5 d was compared to determine the effect of host arrange on reproduction. [Results] The total number of eggs which was laid on B. campestris/ B. juncea treatment was less than other treatments except B. oleracea treatment, however, the number of eggs respectively laid on B. campestris and B. juncea wasn't significantly different in this treatment, it was interference effect. By contrast, there wasn't marked difference between B. campestris/ B. oleracea treatment and B. campestris treatment or B. juncea treatment, and eggs laid on B. campestri was significantly more than on B. oleracea in mixed cropping treatment, it was trap effect. [Conclusion] There are different effect on P. xylostella with different host arrangements. This paper shows that not only trap crop but also mixed cropping two similar hosts can be used to control P. xylostella in fields. As it becomes difficult for P. xylostella to make decision when facing the similar hosts ,which disturbs its behavior on host selection that keeps pest populations at a low level.
