5Hz低频电针对坐骨神经损伤模型大鼠腓肠肌改善的研究

摘要:明确5Hz低频电针对实验性坐骨神经损伤大鼠的腓肠肌萎缩改善效果,以期初步阐明电针防治坐骨神经损伤的作用机理。方法:80只大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、对照组(弥可保组)、电针组4组,每组20只,制备大鼠坐骨神经钳夹伤模型。电针组给予5Hz低频断续波电针刺激、对照组给予弥可保灌胃治疗,于治疗后第1、2、7、28天后取损伤右侧后肢腓肠肌组织,测量腓肠肌湿重,计算腓肠肌湿重恢复率;制备石蜡切片,计算腓肠肌肌细胞平均直径,观察腓肠肌组织形态学变化,监测腓肠肌萎缩变化情况。结果:与模型组比较,电针治疗组与弥可保对照组均可使坐骨神经损伤后患肢的腓肠肌湿重、腓肠肌肌细胞直径改善(p<0.05)。结论:低频电针治疗可以延缓坐骨神经损伤后腓肠肌萎缩的进展,有助于坐骨神经损伤的治疗。

5Hz electroacupuncture on the gastrocnemius muscle of the experimental rats after sciatic nerve injury
Abstract:Objective: To confirm the effect of 5Hz electroacupuncture on the experimental rats after sciatic nerve injury, to provide powerful experimental basis of the effect of electroacupuncture on sciatic nerve injury. Methods: 80 rats were divided into four groups, the normal group, the model group, the electroacupuncture treatment group and the mecobalamin treatment group, 20 rats in each group. The sciatic nerve crush injury model was used, the electroacupuncture treatment group were given the stimulation of 5Hz intermittent wave electroacupuncture while the mecobalamin treatment group were treated the mecobalamin by intragastric administration. After 1st, 2nd,7th and 28th days, the gastrocnemius muscle of the damage right hind legs was taken to measure the wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle, and to calculate the recovery rate of the wet weight of the gastrocnemius muscle. The paraffin sections were prepared, the average diameter of the gastrocnemius muscle cells were calculated. Then observe the morphological change of gastrocnemius muscle, to monitor the change of the gastrocnemius muscle atrophy. Results: Compared with the model group, the electroacupuncture and mecobalamin treatment group can both better the weight and the average diameter of gastrocnemius muscle in the damage right hind legs with p<0.05.Conclusions: 5Hz intermittent wave electroacupuncture can delay the progress of the gastrocnemius muscle atrophy.
