轴向分层车削外螺纹工艺方案设计及实验

摘要:采用刀具左右切削刃交替轴向分层切削方式车削大螺距外螺纹时,左右切削刃逐层切削次数过少,难以达到左右螺纹面尺寸精度和加工表面质量一致性要求,切削次数过多,不仅降低切削效率,加剧刀具后刀面磨损,而且增大左右后刀面磨损宽度的差异性,同样无法满足大螺距螺纹加工表面质量一致性要求。针对轴向分层切削方式的工艺要求,设计具有不同切削刃刃口半径和刀尖圆弧半径的车削外螺纹刀具,提出具有不同进刀次序、加工余量和冷却润滑条件的两种切削工艺实验方案;采用上述刀具和工艺方案进行车削螺距16mm外螺纹实验,提取刀具后刀面磨损宽度及螺纹面加工表面粗糙度值,揭示出工艺方案设计中切削刃刃口半径、刀尖圆弧半径、进刀次数、加工余量、冷却润滑条件的改变对刀具左右后刀面磨损宽度及其一致性和左右螺纹面加工表面粗糙度值及其一致性的影响,为轴向分层车削外螺纹的工艺方案设计提供依据。?

Process Design and Experiment for Turning External Thread with Axial Stratification
Abstract:The alternating axial stratified turning method by left and right cutting edges of tool is adopted in turning large pitch external thread. When the cutting times of left and right cutting edges are too few, the size accuracy and machined surface quality of left and right thread surfaces cannot meet the consistency requirement. While too many cutting times not only reduce the cutting efficiency, but also increase the tool flank wear and the difference of wear width of left and right flank. The machined surface quality consistency of large pitch external thread also cannot meet. According to the process requirement of axial stratified turning, the external thread tools with different cutting edge radius and corner radius are designed. Two cutting process experimental schemes with different feed order, machining allowance and cooling lubrication conditions are put forward. The above tools and process schemes are used to turn Pitch 16mm external thread. The tool flank wear width and the surface roughness value of thread surface are extracted. The impact of the change of variables in the process scheme on the tool flank wear width and its consistency are revealed. Simultaneously, the machined surface roughness value and its consistency of the left and right thread surfaces are shown. These variables include cutting edge radius, corner radius, feed order, machining allowance and cooling lubrication conditions. The above results can be used for the process scheme design of turning external thread with axial stratification.
