摘要:小鹅瘟(Gosling plague,GP)是鹅细小病毒(GPV)感染所导致的一种高度急性传染病,常以急性肠炎或者是心、肝、肾等器官发炎为主要特征。鹅细小病毒致病性强,致死率高,影响着养鹅业的发展,因此,对该病的预防、诊治以及控制已成为迫切的需要。本文阐述了GPV结构蛋白与非结构蛋白单克隆抗体的制备,及其对应抗原表位的研究,对抗原功能的了解及小鹅瘟的诊断、制备特异性强的基因工程疫苗具有实质性意义。?????

Research status of Goose parvovirus monoclonal antibody
Abstract:Gosling plague causes domestic goslings and Muscovy ducklings with chordapsus and liver, kidney, the heart substance organ inflamm violent contagious disease. GPV cause a highly contagious and lethal disease, makes severity effect to goose-producing countries, therefore, the early diagnosis、prevention、and control of disease are urgent needed. The McABs prepared against GPV and epitopes detected of them help us to better comprehend the characteristics of its antigen, but also has the significant meaning for diagnosing and designing the safe and effective genetic engineering epitide vaccine.
