赤霉素对浒苔植物激素及其相关生理影响

摘要:本文研究了外源赤霉素处理对浒苔(Ulva prolifera)内源植物激素含量及其叶绿素荧光参数、可溶性蛋白和糖含量、抗氧化酶活性、体外抗氧化能力等生理影响。结果显示,受赤霉素影响,各处理组的内源植物激素的含量都呈现先升高后降低的动态变化,且含量都高于对照组。同比于对照组,吲哚乙酸(IAA)的含量增大倍数最大约为2.0,赤霉素(GA)为15.0,玉米素(ZR)为4.0,反式玉米素核苷(TRZ)为4.0,异戊烯腺嘌呤(IP)为6.0,异戊烯腺嘌呤核苷(IPA)为2.5,茉莉酸(JA)为2.0;0.5μg/mL赤霉素处理组的Fv/Fm、rETR高于其他处理组和对照组;0.5μg/mL赤霉素处理组的可溶性蛋白含量高于其他组;1.0μg/mL赤霉素处理组的可溶性糖含量最高;处理组的抗氧化酶(SOD和POD)活性高于对照组。结果表明,赤霉素可促进浒苔的生长和发育,且0.5μg/mL赤霉素处理效果最好。

Effect of gibberellin on the phytohormone and related physiological response of Ulva prolifera
Abstract:In this study, the effects of exogenous gibberellin (GA) on the endogenous phytohormone content, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, protein, carbohydrate and antioxidant capacity in marine algae Ulva prolifera were investigated. Results showed that the phytohormone content of all experimental groups firstly increased, then decreased, lastly kept stable affected by GA. Compared to the control group, the maximum magnification of contents were different, which was about 2.0 for indole acetic acid(IAA), 15.0 for gibberellin(GA), 4.0 for zeatin(ZR), 4.0 for trans zeatin riboside(TRZ), 6.0 for isopentenyl adenine(IP), 2.5 for isopentenyl adenosine(IPA), 2.0 for jasmonic acid(JA), respectively. The Fv/Fm and rETR of 0.5 μg/mL GA group were higher than those of the other experimental groups and the control group; the protein of 0.5 μg/mL GA group was more than others,; the carbonhydrates of 1.0 μg/mL experimental group had the most content; the antioxidant capacity (SOD and POD) was superior to the control. It was concluded that exogenous GA could enhance the growth, what's more, 0.5 μg/mL GA showed the greatest effective.
