基于知识粒度的科学效应库系统构建

摘要:如何发挥科学效应知识在产品设计中的作用,辅助设计人员进行创新设计是当前研究的热点。文章基于人的多粒度认知模型,提出了科学效应知识的多粒度组织表达模型。通过对各粒层知识属性的定义,实现了科学效应知识的扩展。提供功能、关键词、自然语义三种不同抽象粒度的检索方式。建立了支持产品创新设计的科学效应库,并结合小型冲压机床的自动保护系统设计示例展示了科学效应库对创新设计的支持。

Construction of Scientific Effect Knowledge Base System Based on Knowledge Granularity
Abstract:How to play the role of scientific effect knowledge to help designers with innovative design is the focus of current research. Based on the multi-granularity cognitive model, this paper puts forward a multi-granularity organization and expression model of scientific effect knowledge. Through the definition of the knowledge attribute of each particle level, the expansion of scientific effect knowledge is realized. Provide three kinds of different granularity retrieval methods, which are function, key words and natural semantics. The scientific effect base of supporting product innovation design is established, and the design of the automatic protection system of the small punch machine tool is demonstrated to show knowledge base supporting creative design.
