抗棘阿米巴药物靶点的研究进展

摘要:棘阿米巴属于自由生活的机会致病性原虫,感染后能引起致盲性棘阿米巴角膜炎、肉芽肿性阿米巴脑炎和棘阿米巴皮肤溃疡,而后者为机会性感染。近年来,棘阿米巴感染率呈逐年上升的趋势,已受到越来越多的研究者们的重视。发现新型抗棘阿米巴药物靶点,开发高效低毒抗棘阿米巴药物,以实现对棘阿米巴病的有效治疗迫在眉睫。本文主要从棘阿米巴原虫的细胞结构、呼吸代谢、包囊形成、氨基酸生物合成和滋养体入侵宿主机制等方面,对抗棘阿米巴药物的靶点进行综述,旨在为筛选高效的抗棘阿米巴感染活性药物提供参考。

The progress in research of anti-acanthamoeba drug target
Abstract:Free-living amoebae of the genus Acanthamoeba are causal agents of Acanthamoeba keratitis(AK)、granulomatous amoebic encephalitis(GAE) and cutaneous infections. The number of reported cases worldwide is increasing year and year, and have received more and more attention. Researching new anti-acanthamoeba drug target and developing new drugs is imminent. This review summarized the anti-acanthamoeba drug target in trophozoite cytoskeleton、encystment、respiratory metabolism、amino biosynthesis and pathogenic mechanisms, to providing the reference for screening efficient anti-acanthamoeba drugs.
