摘要：本文研究了工科学生创业精神和创业意向的发展过程，目的在于揭示实践训练与大学生社团互动对学生职业导向和创业意愿的影响。本文以某高校工科本科生为研究对象，采取跟踪调查的定量研究方式，目的在于发现大学生职业导向和创业意愿在其在校学习期间的变化趋势，以及该变化的影响过程。研究发现，实践训练和学生社团活动对学生职业规划有较强的导向性;大学生在实践训练和学生社团活动中在团队合作以及承担责任方面表现不同，这些经历会不同程度地影响学生的创业精神与创业意向发展。

Abstract：IThis paper is based on a research work about engineering students' entrepreneurial orientation building up process, which is important for the emergence of high-tech innovative business. The objective is to reveal the development of students' professional orientation, especially entrepreneurial orientation, and effects of investments in projects activites and in students' associations on this development. The result shows that, both project activities and students' associations have effect on students' professional orientation; students act differently in term of team working and taking reponsibilities in these activities and get different influence on their entrepreneurial spirit and the formation of entrepreneurial intention.
