二氧化钒介电常数仿真研究

摘要:本文在第一性原理的基础上,运用Drude模型对相变后的VO2进行仿真拟合,获取了相变后的VO2光学参量。当波长小于3000nm时,Drude模型公式能较好的拟合二氧化钒光学特性。结果对VO2光子器件设计具有指导意义,对VO2光子晶体在不同温度下的带隙变化计算,可指导选取优化的参数,确保温度变化后,特定波长处的光学性质保持稳定。

Study of dielectric constant simulation on vanadium dioxide
Abstract:Based on the first principle, the optical parameters of vanadium dioxide at different temperatures are simulated. At high temperature, the vanadium dioxide is on metallic state, the dielectric constant can be fitted by the Drude model. Dielectric constant can be fitted well using the Drude model when the wavelength is less than 3000nm. Using the fitted data, the dielectric constant at specific wavelength can be obtained convenient. This method can be used to design VO2 photonic devices.
