基于实时温度监测的功率IGBT模块的寿命预测模型

摘要:寿命预测是功率器件可靠性评估的重要内容。一方面它能及时反映器件的可靠性,为设备检测及维护提供理论支持;另一方面它可以为制造厂家提供设计方面的指导,延长新器件的使用寿命。针对在工业上得到广泛应用的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)模块,本文通过实时监测结温变化,尝试构建了一种IGBT模块寿命衰减规律的等效模型,并实现了对IGBT模块剩余寿命的预测。

Life Prediction Model of Power IGBT Module Based on Real-time Temperature Monitoring
Abstract:Life prediction is an important part of reliability evaluation about power components, it can reflect the reliability of devices in time, and provide inspection and maintenance of equipments with theoretical guidance. In addition, it can give instruction to the manufacturers about designing, and prolong the service life of new devices. This paper attempts to establish a model that is equivalent to the attenuation rules of module life through real-time monitoring the change of junction temperature about the widely used power IGBT. And finally work out the residual life of the IGBT module.?????
