离子液体作为PAO添加剂对油膜厚度影响研究

摘要:利用研究组自制的点接触润滑油膜厚度测量装置,以PAO(PAO4和PAO8)作为基础油,选用相容性较好的季膦盐离子液体(季膦盐磷酸酯离子液体和季膦盐油酸离子液体)作为添加剂,利用多光束干涉原理对不同卷吸速度下的润滑薄膜厚度进行直接测量,研究了离子液体作为PAO添加剂对流体动压润滑性能的影响。实验结果表明:在流体动压润滑条件下离子液体作为PAO油添加剂具有优异的润滑性能,这是由于在摩擦过程中阴、阳离子与PAO分子相互作用形成有效的边界润滑膜;离子液体浓度和阴离子链长对其润滑薄膜厚度均有一定的影响。

Study of Film Thickness Ionic Liquids as PAO Additives
Abstract:Hydrodynamic lubrication film thickness under different entrainment speeds and loads are measured directly in principle of multi-beam interference by a custom-made test apparatus, PAO (PAO4 and PAO8) as base oil with ionic liquid (IL) as lubricant additives, the effects of ionic liquid additive on hydrodynamic lubrication properties are studied. The results show that: the ionic liquid under fluid hydrodynamic lubrication exhibit excellent lubricating properties, this is probably because that the interaction between ion and PAO form effective boundary film in process of friction; ionic liquid concentration and the chain of anions have some influnence on lubricant film thickness.
