谷子内摩擦系数的测定与研究

摘要:谷子的摩擦特性是设计、优化其加工、储运、种植等机械装备技术参数的主要依据。本文采用直剪仪测定了谷子的内摩擦系数,研究了剪切速度、含水率、垂直应力对其内摩擦系数的影响。实验结果表明:剪切速度对谷子内摩擦系数的影响并不显著,含水率和垂直应力对谷子内摩擦系数的影响显著。谷子内摩擦系数随着含水率的增加而线性增大,随着垂直应力的增大而减小。根据实验结果,分别拟合了谷子内摩擦系数与含水率和垂直应力的关系方程。

Measurement and research on coefficient of internal friction of millet grain
Abstract:Friction characteristics of millet grain provide a theoretical basis for design and optimization technical parameters of equipments for processing, seeding, storage and transportation. In this paper, the coefficient of internal friction of millet grain was measured using a direct shear apparatus. Effects of shear velocity, moisture content and normal stress on coefficients of internal friction of millet grain were analyzed. The experimental results showed that moisture content and normal stress had significant effects on the coefficients of internal friction,but effect of shear velocity was non-significant. The coefficients of internal friction of millet grain increased linearly as moisture content increased, and decreased as normal stress increased.The above results were analyzed using statistical regression and the coefficients of internal friction were established as a function of moisture content and normal stress respectively.
