基于彩色相机的非接触式血氧饱和度提取

摘要:本文提出了一种利用网络摄像头的非接触式血氧饱和度测量方法。接触式血氧饱和度仪虽已得到广泛使用,但其在很多情况下是不适用的,如:大面积烧伤的病人,及由于各种原因手部及脚步抖动等的病人。基于通过网络摄像头对包含脸部的区域成像,通过图像处理过程得到所需的血氧饱和度信息。该方法通过网络摄像头对人脸部区域进行成像,通过信号处理提取出脉搏波信号,从而实现心率及血氧饱和度测量。通过C与matlab的混合编程实现了血氧饱和度的实时测量。同时利用指夹式的血氧仪与该实验系统进行了对比试验,结果表明该方法测得的结果与指夹式血氧饱和度仪测得的结果较为一致,但其准确度并未达到临床使用标准。本方法对于非接触血氧饱和度临床应用的发展具有重要意义。

Non-contact detection of oxygen saturation based on an RGB camera
Abstract:The paper discusses the feasibility of using color imaging device to achieve blood oxygen saturation basing on RGB three-channel signal collection characteristics. Color CCD is applied as the imaging device. Red and blue channels of the color CCD replace the traditional red and infrared channels to obtain two PPG signals to detect blood oxygen saturation. The experimental results show that the measurement system based on color camera is restricted by the wide bandwidth of red and blue channel. Although measurement results can reflect the change of blood oxygen saturation, the parameter can't be measured accurately. Thus the system used color camera is not suitable for routine and clinical care. This method is of great significance for the development of non contact oxygen saturation.
