基于高压水射流的管道清理装置控制策略研究

摘要:管道广泛应用在工况企业的流体传输中,长期的使用会使管道产生污垢,影响其传输效率,目前的管道清理技术大多依靠轮式移动管道清理机器人或者人工拆卸清理,已有管道清理方式具有很大的局限性,清理效率低。基于对已有管道清理技术的调查,提出一种具有强劲清理能力、攀爬能力的管道清理装置,该装置具有高压喷射系统和管线控速装置两部分。管道清理装置能够自适应管径变化、顺利通过弯道、根据管况调整清理模式,大大地提高了清理效率,也使管道清理更加彻底,实验验证其设计具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:Pipes are widely used in fluid transmission. The long-term use can produce dirt in pipeline, affecting the transmission efficiency. At present pipe cleaning mainly relies on technology of wheeled mobile robots or artificial remove. Existing pipeline cleaning method has great limitations and cleaning efficiency is low. Based on the investigation of existing pipeline cleaning technology, this paper puts forward a kind of pipe cleaning device, which has a strong cleaning ability and climbing ability. The device has high pressure injection system and the line speed control system. Pipe cleaning device can adapt to diameter change, go through corner, which greatly improve the efficiency of the cleaning, also make the pipe cleaning more thoroughly. The experiment verify the design has a strong practicability.
