透亮瓶级聚酯PET的剪切流变性能

摘要:采用双料筒毛细管流变仪研究透亮聚酯(T-PET)和固相增黏后透亮瓶级聚酯(SSP-T-PET)的剪切流变性能。结果表明:固相增黏前后透亮聚酯熔体流动行为属于假塑型,固相增黏后的黏度较大;流体表观黏度受剪切流动条件控制,在3000s-1剪切速率以下,流体的表观黏度随剪切速率的提高快速下降,增大剪切速率至4000s-1以上,则影响作用减弱。增黏聚酯流体的非牛顿指数n值较小,其值随剪切速率的提高而下降,当剪切速率增大到4000s-1以上,其影响作用减弱。实验结果显示,适当提高剪切速率和加工温度,可提高透亮聚酯的注塑成型加工性能,可提高瓶坯质量。

The Shear Rheological Property of Transparent Bottle-Grade Polyester PET
Abstract:The shear rheological property of the T-PET(transparent PET )and bottle-grade SSP-T-PET (the T-PET tackifyed by solid-state polycondensation), was researched using twin-bore capillary rheometer. The results show that both of T-PET and SSP-T-PET belong to pseudoplastic fluid , the apparent shear viscosity of SSP-T-PET is higher than T-PET. The apparent viscosity of the both melt is controlled by shear flow conditions. At the shear rate of less than 3000s-1, the apparent viscosity of the fluid decreases rapidly with the increase of shear rate, the effect trendency weakens with the shear rate increasing to 4000s-1 or above. Compared with T-PET, SSP-T-PET possesses smaller non-Newtonian index , which value is decreased with the increase of shear rate. Increasing shear rate to 4000s-1 or above, the influence weakens as well. All of the above results indicate that the appropriate increase of the shear rate and processing temperature, are able to improve injection molding processing performance of the transparent polyester and can improve the quality of preforms.
