体育锻炼对大学生心理资本的影响

摘要:目的:探讨体育锻炼和大学生心理资本提升之间的关系。方法:本研究采用《体育活动等级量表》(PARS-3)和《大学生心理资本问卷》,对333名在校大学生的体育锻炼参与程度和心理资本水平进行调查。结果①大学生心理资本水平(3.99)处于中等偏上,且各维度均高于理论平均值(3.00),表明大学生心理资本状况良好,感恩(4.22)和兴趣(4.18)两维度得分显著高于理论值,说明大学生拥有浓厚兴趣和感恩之心。②大学生整体体育锻炼程度较低,在性别和专业上存在显著差异,男生(29.04)比女生(16.67)、体育类专业(28.79)比非体育类专业(17.45)的学生体育参与程度更高。③大运动量的学生心理资本水平(F =3.715,P<0.05)要高于中、小运动量的学生,中运动量和小运动量的学生之间没有显著差异。结论:大运动量的体育锻炼能提升大学生的心理资本水平。

Effects of Physical Exercise on Psychological Capital of College Student
Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between physical and psychological capital status of college students. Methods: Using Physical Activity Rating Scale (PARS-3) and Psychological Capital Questionnaire ,a total of 333 college students were randomly selected in the study. Results: ①College students in higher level of psychological capital(3.99), and the dimensions are higher than the theoretical average(3.00), shows that psychological capital status of College students. Subjects in the study, appreciation (4.22)and interest(4.18) two dimension scores were significantly higher than the theoretical value, that students have a strong interest and gratitude. ②The overall level of university students physical exercise is relatively low, and there is significant difference in gender and specialty. Boys(29.04) than girls(16.67), professional sports(28.79) than non-sports specialized students(17.45) in higher degree. ③The large amount of exercise students(F=3.715,P<0.05) than in a small amount of students , there is no significant difference between the moderate exercise and a small amount of students. Conclusions: A large amount of physical exercise can improve the level of college students' psychological capital.
