数字化制造车间MES总体框架设计及应用实践

摘要:"互联网+制造"模式的提出为当前制造企业向数字化企业转型提供了良好的契机。在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,结合制造企业的车间数字化管理需求,提出了一种面向数字化制造车间的MES系统,构建了该系统的总体框架、功能结构,并研究了支持系统实现的基于移动智能交互终端的多源信息实时采集和基于组件的生产设备可视化动态监控等关键技术。最后,将该系统开发并应用于贵州某航天企业,取得了良好应用效果。

Study on Overall Framework of MES and Application for Digital Manufacturing Workshop
Abstract:The proposal of the "Internet+manufacturing" mode provided a good opportunity for current enterprises' transformation to "digital enterprise". Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status, combined with the demands of workshop digital management for manufacturing enterprises, the paper put forward a digital-oriented manufacturing workshop MES system, constructed it's overall framework, functional structure. In addition, the paper studied two key technologies to support system implementation, the one of which is multi-source information real-time acquisition technology based on mobile intelligent interactive terminals, the other one of which is component-based visual dynamic monitoring equipment. Finally, the system was developed and applied to some aerospace companies in GuiZhou, and good application results were obtained.
