摘要：随着经济全球化和区域化的日益推进，经济发展的空间特征和区域配置问题受到了经济学家的大量关注。本文从新经济学地理学理论出发，研究关于产业集聚与FDI区位选择问题的大量文献，从三个方面对相关文献做出综述分析：跨国厂商地理集聚与扩散的理论模型，集聚效应与FDI 区位分布的国际经验实证研究，集聚效应与FDI 在我国的区位分布实证研究。在总结现有文献的基础上，文章最后提出现有文献的不足和新的研究探索路径。

Abstract：With the advance of economic globalization and regionalization,the issues of spatial characteristics and regional economic development has attracted a lot of attention of economists.In this paper，we will study a large number of documents about the issue of industrial agglomeration and FDI location choiceo based on the theory of New Economics Geography, and we will make an analysis of the literature reviewed from three aspects:Theoretical model of transnational firms Agglomeration and Diffusion,The international experience empirical Study of the Agglomeration effect and FDI location distribution,The empirical research in our location of Agglomeration effect and FDI distribution .In summary, based on the existing literature, the article concludes with deficiencies of the existing literature and new research ways.
