摘要：为了研究全球区域干旱背景下，干旱气候对地区的经济影响，本文从产业结构角度出发，探讨了川渝地区的干旱经济问题，根据标准化降水指数法，归纳了川渝50年来干旱特征，并通过分析干旱与宏观经济的相关性发现：一方面，50年来川渝地区旱涝交错分布明显，干旱爆发存在区域性、季节性特点，导致旱灾与地区宏观经济的相关性微弱；另一方面由于川渝地域间发展不平衡，西部、中部、东部之间产业结构差异较大，导致了第一产业所占比重较大的中部地区经济最容易受到干旱的影响。由此我们认为，虽然现阶段干旱对川渝地区经济影响较小，但随着西旱东移趋势的加强，该地区的干旱的研究与防御在现阶段仍然是很有必要。

Abstract：The effect of drought on the economic of Sichuan and Chongqing region was investigated based on the standardized precipitation index from the perspective of industrial structure. The drought characteristics of Sichuan and Chongqing region in recent 50 years was induced. The correlation between drought and macroeconomic showed that drought and flood staggered distribution in this region. The regionality and seasonality characteristics of drought resulted in a low correlation between drought and macroeconomy. In addition, the difference of development and industrial structure between east, west and central region in Sichuan and Chongqing led to a significant drought impact to the central region where the first industry was rich. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the ability of drought control in this area.
