梁板式风机基础的设计及优化

摘要:风力发电机组基础具有同时承受竖向荷载、倾覆弯矩、水平荷载和扭矩的共同作用的特殊性,作为保证风力发电机组安全正常运行的必要条件,是风电场设计的重要工程,同时也是控制工程造价的重要手段。内蒙某风场是内蒙地区首例采用梁板式预应力锚栓基础的项目。本文基于该风场的地质、风资源等资料,通过试算和验算,分别确定了1.5MW风机的梁板式及圆板式基础设计方案,利用Ansys有限元软件,采用整体式混凝土模型对各个方案进行了尺寸优化,计算并比较了各个方案的工程造价。对比分析优化后方案的工程造价,该风场所采用的梁板式基础设计裕度相对较大,可以进一步优化。本文通过对比梁板式及圆板式基础设计方案发现,梁板式基础与圆板式基础相比,混凝土及钢筋用量明显减少,工程造价明显降低,可供同类工程参考,为风电机组基础设计选型奠定了基础。

Design and Optimization of Beam Slab Foundation
Abstract:The type selection and design of the wind turbine foundation play a vital role in reducing the structure cost and guaranteeing the safety of the wind turbine operation. The wind turbine foundation is a necessary condition for guaranteeing the safe and normal operation of wind turbine. The wind foundation is an important engineering design of wind farms, as well as an important means to control the project cost.This wind field is the first project using the beam slab prestressed anchor foundation in Inner Mongolia. This paper checks and calculates the force, and designs the turbines beam slab foundation and plate type foundation of 1.5MW, 2.5MW, 3.0MW. Compared with the cost before and after optimization, the margin of the original beam slab foundation desgined by this wind field is relatively large. Using the Ansys finite element software, this paper optimizes the size of each scheme with the monolithic concrete model, then calculates and compares the engineering cost of each scheme. Compared with the cost before and after optimization, the margin of the original beam slab foundation desgined by the wind field is relatively large. Analyseing the engineering cost of wind turbine foundation of the beam plate and circular plate type foundation, it can be found that the economy character of the beam slab foundation increases more quickly. It provides an important reference for other similar projects and design experience for design staff engaged in such design.
