基于局域网的采煤机截割部详细设计系统开发

摘要:采煤机截割部的传统研发过程以人工计算为主,存在设计效率低下、研发周期长等不足之处,针对此问题,以国内某采煤机制造企业设计生产的某型号采煤机为对象,把现代设计理论引入现有的采煤机研发过程,在局域网环境下,利用动态网络编程技术、数据库技术等建立了采煤机截割部传动系统设计系统。从而实现了采煤机截割部快速准确的设计、校核功能,提高了设计效率,缩短了设计周期。经实践证明,该系统稳定可靠。

System Development on Detailed Design for Shearer cutting unit based on Intranet
Abstract:The traditional research and development process of Shearer cutting unit mainly by manual calculation,it has the inefficiency, long research and development period and other defects. To solve this problem, Taking a model of domestic manufacturing enterprises design and production of the shearer as object ,take advantage of the modern design theory, under the LAN environment,exploit the dynamic network programming technology, DBT to built the Transmission System for Shearer cutting unit. In order to achieve fast and accurate shearer cutting unit design, verification function. The digital design of transmission system of shearer gear is achieved, not only the design efficiency is improved, but also the design cycle is shorted. Practice shows that the system is stable and reliable.
