阿基米德螺线型面楔块逆止器设计与动力学分析

摘要:楔块逆止器是防止设备逆转的装置,楔块型面形式是影响楔块逆止器逆止性能的主要因素。根据阿基米德螺线的特性,设计了三种新型楔块,即阿基米德螺线双型面楔块、阿基米德螺线单型面楔块(包括阿基米德螺线外型面楔块和阿基米德螺线内型面楔块)。首先建立了楔块的阿基米德螺线型面数学模型;然后构造了阿基米德螺线型面楔块的结构模型;最后分别对阿基米德螺线双型面楔块逆止器、阿基米德螺线单型面楔块逆止器和传统偏心圆弧型面楔块逆止器的逆止过程进行了动力学分析。对比结果表明,在逆止过程中,阿基米德螺线双型面楔块逆止器较阿基米德螺线单型面楔块逆止器与传统偏心圆弧型面楔块逆止器,具有冲击力小、稳态平均接触力小、楔合平稳的优点。

Design and Dynamic Analysis of Archimedean Spiral Surface Wedge Backstop
Abstract:Wedge backstop is one kind of device for preventing equipment reversal, and the shape surface of wedge block is the main stopping performance factor for wedge backstop. According to the characteristic of Archimedean spiral, three kinds of new wedge blocks, Archimedean spiral double surface wedge block, Archimedean spiral single surface wedge block (including Archimedean spiral external surface wedge block and Archimedean spiral inside surface wedge block) were designed. Firstly, the mathematical models of the Archimedes spiral surface wedge block were established; secondly, the structural models of Archimedean spiral surface wedge block were set up; finally, the dynamic analysis were made respectively for Archimedean spiral double surface wedge backstop, Archimedean spiral single surface wedge backstop and traditional eccentric circle surface wedge backstop during the stopping process, the simulation results shown that Archimedean spiral double surface wedge backstop has smaller impact force, smaller steady-state average contact force and steadier process than Archimedean spiral single surface wedge backstop and traditional eccentric circle surface wedge backstop during the stopping process.
