基于声发射信号的煤岩体失稳过程监测与定位方法研究

摘要:针对煤岩体失稳过程监测难度大,提出了基于优化EKF的TDOA定位方法,即将声发射传感器排布为列阵,对煤岩体失稳过程的声发射信号进行采集,进而定位煤岩体的坐标。同时对声发射传感器采集到的信号进行了滤波,在实验室搭建定位系统和建立煤岩体坐标定位模型,在实验室进行模拟,对煤岩体失稳时的声发射信号进行采集分析并定位。实验结果表明:该监测系统能够滤出煤岩体失稳过程的声发射信号,并对煤岩体进行准确定位,实现了煤岩体的实时监控。

Research on Acoustic Emission time delay estimation based on generalized weighted AMDF
Abstract:According to the coal and rock failure instability process monitoring difficult, proposed the TDOA positioning method based on optimized EKF, soon AE sensor arrangement for transmitting array, signal acquisition of coal rock instability process sound, coordinate and positioning of coal and rock. At the same time on acoustic emission signal collected by the sensor are filtered to build positioning system and establishing the coordinate positioning model in the laboratory. The simulation was carried out in the laboratory, acquisition and analysis of coal and rock mass acoustic emission signal and the positioning. The experimental results show that the monitoring system can filter out the instability of coal and rock mass acoustic emission in the process of signal, and the accurate localization of coal and rock mass, has realized the real-time monitoring of coal and rock.
