一种考虑畸变的开口薄壁杆件有限元法

摘要:为简化考虑截面畸变的薄壁杆件力学分析,提出了一种把薄壁杆件拆分为两个较简单的部分分别分析、按需综合的方法,并建立了考虑截面畸变的开口薄壁杆件变形方程。为提高方法的实用性,基于该方程建立了薄壁杆件单元的刚度方程,提出了结间荷载的等效结点力计算方法,并推导了用于确定变形和内力分布的广义横向位移函数。在此基础上,实现了开口薄壁杆件单元的矩阵位移法。据此采用MATLAB编制了通用计算程序,并针对算例,与基于壳单元的ANSYS软件结论进行对比,验证了本方法的准确性。

A FINITE ELEMENT METHOD OF THIN-WALLED OPEN-PROFILE BARS CONSIDERING DISTORTION
Abstract:In order to simplifying the analysis of thin-walled open-profile bars, a method is presented in which the analysis is split into two parts, dominated by in-plane and out-plane loading effects respectively. To improve the practicability of that method, this paper focus on the implementation of finite thin-walled open-profile bar element method considering distortion on the basis of deformation equations deduced, including deductions of the stiffness equation, the equivalent nodal forces of internode loadings, and the generalized transversal displacement functions used to depict the distributions of inner forces and deflections in an element. As a result, a general purposed computer program has been developed. Comparative analysis with finite shell element method indicates the high efficiency and accuracy of this method.
