舌尖红的色度值测量与分析

摘要：目的：测量舌缘与舌尖的色度值与色差，为舌尖红的量化诊断提供依据。方法：对683名健康体检者进行舌诊，并拍摄舌图像。然后创建ICC色彩特性文件，对所有舌图像进行校正，再提取舌缘及舌尖的L*、a*、b*、C*、h 参数进行统计分析。采用CIE2000色差公式进行色差计算。结果：1. 正常淡红舌的舌尖与舌缘的平均色差为5.4；2. 淡红舌伴有舌尖红时，舌尖与舌缘的平均色差为10.85；3. 各种异常舌色伴有舌尖红时，与没有舌尖红时比较，其平均色差从5.4~7.0增大至11.23。结论：1. 正常淡红舌的舌缘与舌尖存在色差，从临床的角度来看，医生认为这一平均在5左右的色差没有诊断意义；2. 各种异常舌色出现舌尖红时，舌尖与舌缘的平均色差为10.598；3. 舌尖红是诊断初始热证的灵敏指标，舌尖红的色度测量对中医"治未病"的热象辨识具有价值。

Abstract：Objective: This study was aimed to measure the chromatic difference of the tongue side and tongue tip, in order to provide quantitative evidence for tongue color diagnosis. Methods: A total of 683 health inspection people were recruited, and tongue photo was taken for each subject. Then applied ICC specific documents for the correction of all tongue photos, and tongue side and tongue tip chromatic values (L*, a*, b*, C* and h ) were obtained for furthermore statistical analysis. CIEDE2000 was used for calculating the color difference. Results: 1. The average color difference of tongue tip and tongue side in normal pink tongue was 5.4; 2. When pink tongue has abnormal red tongue tip, the average color difference of tongue tip and tongue side was 10.85; 3. Comparing to those who has normal tongue tip, the average color difference of tongue tip and tongue side in abnormal color tongue with abnormal red tongue tip increased from 5.4-7.0 to 11.23. Conclusions: 1. Normal pink tongue had a color difference between its tongue tip and tongue side, and Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioners believed that this kind of difference has no diagnostic significance; 2. When abnormal red tongue tip occurs in abnormal color tongue (including abnormal pink tongue), the average tongue tip and tongue side difference was around 10.598; 3. Abnormal red tongue tip is a sensitive sign indicating abnormal heat in the body, and the measurement of the chromatic values in abnormal red tongue tip is valuable in distinguishing and preventing abnormal heat.
