FLAC3D应变软化与摩尔库伦模型工程应用对比

摘要:为了准确评价深埋巷道开挖中出现的围岩性质软化现象,探索适合深埋工程数值分析的本构模型,展开了以下研究:根据增量理论,推导了应变软化模型塑性系数的表达式;设计了两组单轴数值实验,对摩尔库伦模型与应变软化模型进行对比分析,以得到不同本构条件下岩石的应力应变规律的差异;选取鲁中莱芜地区的小官庄铁矿一段深埋巷道进行了数值模拟,分析了围岩在不同本构下的力学响应、位移、塑性区的分布规律;基于flac3d内嵌的fish语言,编制了计算围岩点安全系数的程序,对不同本构模型下围岩的稳定性进行了评价。分析结果:与传统的弹塑性模型相比,应变软化模型得到的位移较大,塑性区分布较深,围岩点安全系数偏小,巷道开挖对围岩扰动范围更大。应变软化模型的结果更接近于工程实际。结论:传统的摩尔库伦模型无法有效反映围岩软化现象,应变软化模型更合适进行深埋工程的数值研究。

Comparative Study of FLAC3D Strain softening model and Mohr-Columb model On Engineering Application
Abstract:To evaluate strain-softening phenomena of surrounding rock during the excavation accurately, and search the composition model that could be used in numerical analysis of deep eengineering appropriately, proceeded the study as follows: firstly, according to incremental theory, deduced the expression of plastic parameter of strain-softening model. secondly, through a series of uniaxial numerical loading example of rock,the stress-strain numerical results of Mohr-Coulomb elastoplastic model and strain-softening model are analyzed. Thirdly, the strain-softening model is used to the deep underground tunnel of Xiaoguanzhuang; mainly for the analysis of thesurrounding deformation, plastic zone and factor of safety, and the stability of underground caverns is evaluated. Based on the In line fish language of FLAC3D, the program of safety factor with Mohr-Coulomb criterion is compiled. The computed result indicated that , compared with Mohr-Coulomb elastoplastic model, strain-softening model would achieve larger displacement , more plastic zones ,lesser safety factor . Tunnel excavationwould cause a larger range of disturbed area, result of strain-softening model is closer to the actual result. Conclusion:Mohr-Coulomb elastoplastic model could not reflect strain-softening phenomena of surrounding rock effectively, strain-softening model is more suitable in numerical simulation of deep engineering.)
