基于Simulink的车辆行驶液压系统仿真

摘要: 本文建立了变量泵控马达系统的数学模型。按照控制信号的传递顺序,把系统分解为比例方向控制阀环节、阀控液压缸环节、变量泵活塞-斜盘倾角环节、变量泵控马达环节,并分别建立了数学模型。然后综合了各环节,简化并建立了系统的传递函数框图。之后,根据作业需要,确定各环节参数,应用Simulink软件建立系统的仿真框图。设定不同的放大器增益值,运行系统得到其时间响应,使得其稳定性和快速性满足要求。

Vehicle hydraulic system based simulink simulation
Abstract:This thesis established a mathematical model of variable pump controlling motor system. According to of the order control signal, the system is decomposed into the link of directional control valve, the link of hydraulic cylinder, the link of variable pump piston-swash plate Angle, the link of pump controlling motor, and established the mathematical model, respectively. Then synthesizing each link, this thesis simplified and established the transfer function block diagram of the system. Later, according to the requirements of the job, confirming each link parameters, using Simulink software to establish the simulation block diagram of the system. Setting different gain value of amplifier, Let us get the time response. Let its stability and rapidity meet the requirements.
