S135钻杆有限元模拟分析研究

摘要:S135钻杆在某井使用过程中发生横向断裂失效,力学强度对钻杆使用寿命影响较大。为此,本文利用有限元模拟分析手段研究钻杆受力状况,基于有限元分析钻杆裂纹周围应力分布情况,通过编程计算了不同深度裂纹尖端处的应力集中系数和疲劳寿命,得出裂纹深度对钻杆疲劳寿命的影响规律。研究结果表明,微裂纹的产生对钻杆服役寿命影响很大,钻杆疲劳寿命随着裂纹深度的增加而降低,裂纹深度小于1mm时对疲劳寿命影响不大,1mm至2mm之间疲劳寿命骤减,2mm至3mm疲劳寿命变化不大。本文研究成果为钻杆使用前后进行探伤无损检测的必要性提供了理论依据。

Finite element simulation analysis study on S135 drill pipe
Abstract:IS135 drill pipe happened horizontal fracture failure during the using process in a well. Mechanical strength had greater impact on the life of drill pipe.Therefore, this thesis studied force summing state of drill pipe by the finite element simulation analysis measure.Based on stress distribution around the drill pipe crack was analysised by finite element analysis,and calculated stress concentration factor and fatigue life on the crack tip by programming, finally impact regular pattern of drill pipe fatigue life and crack depth was obtained. The results show that micro-cracks have a great impact on the service life of drill pipe.The drill pipe fatigue life decreases as the crack depth increasing.It is a little impact on the drill pipe service life when the crack depth is less than 1mm,but fatigue life fall off when the crack depth is between 1mm and 2mm.The fatigue life changes little between 2mm and 3mm.The study result of this paper will provide a theoretical criteria for defectoscopy and nondestructive examination of drill pipes before they using or after they applying.
