温度和pH双响应嵌段共聚物的合成及研究

摘要:本文合成了具有良好生物相容性的含有苯硼酸的温度和pH值双响应性的嵌段共聚物聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)-b-聚(天冬氨酸-co-天冬氨酰氨基苯硼酸)(PNIPAM-b-P(Asp-co-AspAPBA)),并对其温度和pH响应性行为进行了研究。当溶液温度在聚合物的LCST以上时,形成了以PNIPAM为核、以P(Asp-co-AspAPBA)为壳的胶束;当溶液pH在聚合物的临界pH以下时,又形成了以P(Asp-co-AspAPBA)为核、以PNIPAM为壳的胶束。

Synthesis and Research on Thermo- and pH-Responsive Block Copolymer
Abstract:Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-b-poly(aspartic acid-co-aspartoylaminophenylboronic acid), PNIPAM-b-P(Asp-co-AspAPBA), a thermo- and pH-responsive block copolymer was synthesized by a combination of atom transfer radical polymerization and ring opening polymerization using the bifunctional initiator hydroxyethyl 2-bromoisobutylate. All of the polymers were characterized by 1H NMR. Then the lowest critical solution temperature (LCST) and critical pH upon the formation of different micelles from the prepared polymers were determined by laser light scattering. This kind of micelles may find application in controlled delivery of insulin due to its potential glucose-responsiveness.
