基于MODIS遥感数据反演东海叶绿素a的研究

摘要:海洋叶绿素浓度己成为衡量浮游植物的生物量和富营养化程度的最基本的指标,叶绿素浓度反演对海洋-大气系统中碳循环研究及海洋环境监测有重要意义。而遥感具有大面积同步观测、时效性、经济性等特点,长时间序列的卫星数据正好可以传统监测方式的不足,揭示海洋的宏观环境变化特征。研究过程中,选取上海海洋大学MODIS卫星地面接收站的2008年2月15日、2008年2月28日和2008年5月7日三景MODIS1B数据。首先对所获取的MODIS数据进行几何校正和辐射定标等预处理。然后利用MODIS的水色波段数据,经过大气校正处理后获取海面离水辐射率信息,将离水辐射率数据转化为遥感反射率值,最后采用标准经验算法及其修正方法提取出海表叶绿素a浓度信息,在此过程中得到了以下一些认识:叶绿素的浓度分布具有一定的时间和空间分布特征,具体表现为浓度由近岸向外海逐渐降低,远海海域全年叶绿素浓度变化较小,而近海海域由于海流状况季节变化明显,同时受河流出口淡水的季节变化影响,造成叶绿素浓度季节变化显著。

Retrival chlorophyll-a of East China Sea based on MODIS remote sensing data
Abstract:Oceanic chlorophyll concentration is the important indicator of phytoplankton and water quality. So chlorophyll concentration retrieval is meaningful for carbon cycle in ocean atmosphere, as well as for monitoring the ocean environment. Remote sensing has advantage of simultaneous observation with a large area, timeliness, economic and so on.Long-time series of satellite data can reveal the whole environment variety, which is the significant over the field measurement. In the research,we selects the MODIS1B data of Shanghai Ocean University MODIS satellite ground receiving station,include February 15, February 28 and May 7,2008. At first, pre-processing for MODIS I B formatted data is applied, which include geometric correcting with MOOIS satellite derived latitude and longitude data and visible band reflectance and infrared band radiance calibrating based on MODIS model with the sun angles. After the data pre-processing, the standard NASA experience model and its correction algorithm for chlorophyll-a concentration is used to get chlorophyll-a from MODIS band 9, 10 and 12 reflectance data, which are converted from band water-leaving radiance data after atmospheric correction. The result shows that: Distribution of concentration of chlorophyll-a has certain time and space characteristics, Specific performance is that concentration decreases from the near shore to open sea, ocean chlorophyll concentration changed little throughout the year, while current conditions offshore seasonal changed as well as by fresh water from the export of rivers, resulting in a significant seasonal variation of chlorophyll concentration.
