摘要:本文描述了一种高效,快捷制备高质量的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)衬底的方法。采用复合纳米压印技术可以从多孔氧化铝(AAO)模板复制出六角分布的银纳米点阵。与传统的热压印相比,这种方法复制的结构缺陷少、氧化铝模板和复合压印模板可重复多次使用。这种银纳米阵列作为SERS衬底表现了很好的拉曼信号的增强。理论模拟的结果与实验结果相符合。而且,通过模拟可以发现,通过改变粒子的直径可以实现共振波长的可调性。

Fabrication of SERS substrates based on hybrid nanoimprint lithography
Abstract:This work demonstrated a cost-effective and high-throughput method to fabricate high quality SERS substrates. The hexagonal arrays of Ag nanodots were duplicated from the AAO template using the hybrid nanoimprint technique. In contrast to the traditional thermal nanoimprint, the pattern can be transferred with much less defects. The prepared Ag nanodot array showed a high performance SERS. Numerical simulations confirmed the enhancement of electric field of this strucuture. Moreover, the simulations indicated that tuning the resonance wavelength can be achieved by changing the diameter of the Ag nanodots.
