一种动态变换背景帧的虚实遮挡处理方法

摘要:为了获得增强现实系统更好的真实感,必须正确地处理虚拟物体与真实物体之间的遮挡关系。针对已有背景裁剪算法只适用于背景固定和单目摄像头深度恢复准确度不够的情况,提出一种动态变换背景帧的虚实遮挡处理方法。该方法通过动态地变换背景帧检测运动物体,求出前景物体的轮廓,然后遍历图像像素来确定虚实物体之间的遮挡关系,并利用模板缓存技术进行遮挡部位剔除工作。实验表明,本算法具实现简单,支持摄像头移动,遮挡判定准确,计算量小,且对刚性与非刚性物体都能很好地处理。

A Virtual-Reality Occlusion Processing Method based on Dynamic Transformation Background Frame
Abstract:For getting better sense of reality in Augmented Reality systems, the occlusion relations between virtual objects and real objects must be handled correctly. Since the existing background clipping algorithms are only applied to fixed background and their accuracy of depth recovery for monocular camera are not enough, a virtual-reality occlusion processing method is proposed based on dynamic transformation background frame. This method detects moving objects and gets the contour of foreground objects through transforming the background frame dynamically. Then it traverses the image pixels to determine the occlusion relation between virtual-reality objects, and uses template caching technology to remove the blocked parts. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can be simply implemented, supports moving camera. It has accurate occlusion judgment and less calculation, and is good at dealing rigid and non-rigid object.
