染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极改性研究进展

摘要:染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cells,DSC)由于其制作工艺简单、价格便宜、转换效率高等优点而倍受青睐。纳米TiO2半导体薄膜的组成和结构在很大程度上影响DSC的光电转换效率。介绍了DSC的基本结构、工作原理以及研究现状,详细描述了TiO2半导体薄膜的结构改性和修饰改性的方法。同时,根据近些年染料敏化剂、电解质、对电极的研究,介绍了前沿的研究及其所面临的问题。

The research progress of modified photoanode in dye-sensitized solar cells
Abstract:Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC) have increasingly attracted attention because of its simple production process, low price, and high conversion efficiency. The basic structure, working principle , and research status of DSC were described. Some modified structure and optimization methods of TiO2 semiconductor thin film were introduced. At the same time, according to the research situation of the dyes, electrolytes and counter electrode in recent years, their cutting-edge research and the facing problems in the future were pointed out.
